Who the heck is Babblemur?
Babblemur is Ronald Kane Hardy, a Librarian at the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh.
He was born in New York City, raised in Iowa City, Iowa, lived briefly in Seattle, WA and Pella, Iowa, and currently lives in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
He was a double major in Russian and Russian-East European-Eurasian Studies, and has a Masters degree in Library and Information Science.
Although an inconsistantly Independent voter most of his life, in 2004 he joined the Wisconsin Green Party. In 2005 he agreed to be co-chair of the local Lake Winnebago Green Party for the remainder of the year.
Religion? He was raised "Reorganized Mormon (RLDS)", but is currently a non-practicing Taoist, occasional Elvis-Christian, and sometimes Gnostic (a la Phillip K. Dick) which combined results in a form of Paganism that can't accurately be described. Although jaded, he is moral and spiritual.
