Chapter 73 The poisons

A book named "Nine Realms Wonderful Poisons" had the list of all the poison in the Nine Realms. Whether the poisons were from monsters or plants. It was the book the woman kept with since she was a little girl.

"Darling this book has always been in our family for 30 generations. You are the 30th generation person holding it." The girl's grandmother said.

"I will treasure it and keep it until I have a child myself."

She began to read it at the age of 9.

"Scorpio's Poison

A poison that attracts females because Scorpio is only a Male. An unwilling female gets a scent of it. She will eventually die. This poison can be used to attract females to a male."

Reading that the girl wondered if there was any recuperation from using the poison.

She began to test it on women around the Second Realm. Seeing that the poison worked miracles she began to find a poison for men.

She began to look deeper into the book.

"Scarpio's Poison

Is the female only version of Scorpio. The poison it secretes can make any Male crazy with lust. When used properly, any Male will be lusting over women."

She laughed and began to go around and test the Scarpio's Poison.

The test was proven right. Men everywhere in the Second Realm were going after women. Married, single, or dual cultivators they all went and enjoyed themselves.

Seeing the results of what she did. She began to make more potent versions of the poisons. Slowly but surely over the years she got more and more creative. Even though she unwilliyng got hit with the side effects a couple of times. She endured it until the final version came along.

Current day

"That couple will regret the day they made the Sect Master make me bow." The woman said walking to the Main building with tea cups on a tray.

Entering the Main building, she walked into a good looking room.

"This is even better than most visitors get." The woman thought.

The room was filled with small trees that had different feelings. Starting from the door, looking to the right. The trees seemed to look like normal seasons from budding to winter's freeze.

The wall next to it seemed like an orchard. The variety of different fruits on them. It would make anyone want to jump to the wall and eat the fruits.

The wall adjacent to the door, looked like a forest that would draw your attention to the small details that shine brightly. The wall to the left was like looking up at a hill or mountainside. Seeing trees going up into the sky. One would not be able to know where it stopped.

The final part of the wall had several evergreens on it. That part of the wall seemed like a neverending view of trees.

The woman set down the tray and handed each person a cup. Rex's father immediately chugged the tea. This made the woman glance at him with an upset face.

"Sir, you are not supposed to finish the tea in one sitting now." She said.

"Get him another glass. He is a friend of not only me but Maximum and Demon. I would advise you to be careful with your wording." Life-giver told her.

She looked at Life-giver with a neutral face.

"As you wish." She went and got another cup.

When Life-giver could see her outside, "Please do not drink any more. I fear she has poisoned the tea." Life-giver said.

Before Rex's mother could get a sip, Rex's father drank the cup.

"HUBBY!" Rex's mother cried.

"I will not allow my wife to take any poison. Even if I have to lay in bed for years. I will protect my wife!" He exclaimed.

The tears held back as she tried to cry because of her happy heart. Knowing her husband was willing to lay so much on the line for her. Any wife would be happy to have him in a marriage.

"I hope you will make it safely."

The woman returned and saw that Rex's mother had also drank her tea.

"My plan is not perfect but it is good enough." The woman thought.

She began to hand out another set of cups. There was nothing wrong with this set of tea.

Once she handed them out, she left.

"I cannot wait for the moment they cheat on each other." The woman thought.

It was not even five minutes later

"Honey, I feel like our bedtime has not gotten better over the years. Shall we take some time and enjoy ourselves?" Rex's father asked.

Rex's mother was happy that her husband was thinking this. She was also wondering why he would talk about it in public.

"Honey, let us wait for tonight. We can talk in private."

Rex's father turned back around and the room seemed to make the world spin around him.

"Honey, why is the world revolving around me?".

Life-giver knew that the poison had already taken effect. The poison would also make him talk about weird stuff depending on the circumstances.

"Mrs. Kaede, you might want to walk your husband to the clinic. Shall someone walk with you?" Life-giver asked.

"No. Just lead me to a bedroom. I will go fetch a nurse if that is possible." Kaede responded.

The two went into a bedroom. That night the entire Sect was filled with the scent of an orchard. The ripest fruits were hanging from the trees, walking on a path with different flora around, the deeper you concentrated on the smell the harder it was to resist.

"What kind of love do those two have to make her smell this good?!" Life-giver cried.

His caretaker right by his side also cried.

"How can any woman smell this heavenly?" The caretaker cried.

The woman who gave the poisons to the couple started to look at them again.

"Is there any poison that causes these smells?!" The woman cried.

Arriving at the back of the book, she noticed a slit in it. She had never noticed before. She opened the slot and a piece of paper was stuck in there.

She opened and read,

"Dear 36th generation holder,

Due to my calculations this is about when a Scaorpio or Scoarpio is born. It could be early if you mixed the Scorpio's and Scarpio's Poisons. However, during the time of the great slaughtering. People tested poisons and found numerous accounts of great tests.

One test was not so great, that was mixing Scorpio's and Scarpio's Poisons. The tests revealed that only one set out of a million could mate. The test also revealed that if couples were around where Scorpios and Scarpios lived and had bad marriages. The mating process would go easier.

The creature that was born the Scoarpio or Scaorpio, that would turn the couples into love birds and the scent of sex would fill even the great capital. There were no detailed notes on the poison. So I decided to make one where it would appear next.

Scaorpio/Scoarpio Poison:

When used on a couple, they will feel more love and become extremely more intimate. The sexual course could last up to three days non-stop. In some really bad cases, a week. The body will activate a safe measure to keep itself alive during this entire time.
